STONE TOPS:
Cleaning and protecting stone vanities, counter tops, tub decks, and walls (other than showers).

Daily Cleaning:

MK Counter Klean

  1. Remove any loose debris from surface of areas to be cleaned.
  2. Spray on surface and wipe with a clean cloth. For dried on spills, spray and let stand before wiping. No rinsing necessary.
  3. To enhance the natural beauty and shine use MK Kream Polish on all natural stone surfaces. Used twice a week, weekly or as needed, it increases protection against water spots and food stains.
  4. To remove spots or stains on Polished Marble and Natural Stone Surfaces use MK Spot Removal Kit to remove stains from coffee, tea, wine, alcohol and condiments.

Protection:

MK Penetrating Sealer

  1. First clean surface using MK Counter Klean.
  2. Apply MK Penetrating Sealer directly on to surface.
  3. Apply with a clean terry cloth or lamb's wool applicator, making sure to wet surface completely. Allow MK Penetrating Sealer to absorb for approximately 5 minutes, then buff with a clean terry cloth. For frequently cleaned counter tops or surfaces, use every 6 months or as needed to maintain a layer of protection against stains and water marks.

* Recommended use every 6-12 months.


Spot removal:

MK Spot Removal Kit

For the removal of spots caused by acidic liquids, foods, or chemicals that have removed the shine or finish from a polished marble surface. MK Polish Spot Remover is effective in removing spots caused by juices, coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, condiments, household cleaning products, pet messes and much more.

  1. Wet spotted area with small amount of water.
  2. Apply 1/2 measuring spoon of MK Polish Spot Remover to water.
  3. Take buffing pad, place on polish and water, and buff spotted area in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes creating a thin watery mixture. Depending on size of spot process may take longer than 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove buffing pad. Pick up excess mixture with a sponge. Rinse sponge and then clean area thoroughly with MK Counter Klean (Following direction on the label.)
  5. Buff dry the treated area using a clean terry towel.

Note: If spots are still visible, repeat the above process. Product to be used only on polished marble. After successfully removing a spot for the first time the process will become much easier.
