A superior water-based protectant that penetrates in porous surfaces providing a protective seal against stains and dirt. Will not change the natural color or look of stone, tiles or other masonry surfaces, and will not yellow. Provides a weather-resistant finish that is slip and scuff resistant and allows for maximum vapor transmission.
INDOORS: Polished, Unpolished and Tumbled Marble, Granite, Travertine, Saturnia, Ceramic and Porcelain Tile and Grout.
OUTDOORS: Coral Stone, Shell stone, Pavers, Cast Stone, Stamped Concrete Patio, Stucco, Terrazzo and Concrete Surfaces.
Shake well before use. Thoroughly clean surface with MK Neutral Klean® or MK Intensive Klean® and dry area to be sealed.
For INDOOR Use:
COUNTERTOPS: Apply with a clean terry cloth or lamb’s wool applicator, making sure to wet surface completely. Allow to absorb for approximately 5 minutes, then buff with clean terry cloth. For frequently cleaned counter tops or surfaces, use every 6 months or as needed to maintain a layer of protections against stains and water marks.
FLOORS: Apply with a mop natural fiber brush or pump sprayer until surface is completely covered. Do not allows to puddle on surface. Surfaces can be used within 3-5 hours; however for optimum results, keep areas free from liquids or soiling material for 48 hours. More than one application may be required on porous surfaces.
TO CLEAN TILE AND GROUT: Use MK Tile & Grout Klean® for dirty or soiled areas.
To remove wax build-up or clean greasy dirt or heavily soiled areas: Use MK Strip Klean®
To remove spots or stains on Polished Marble and Natural Stone Surfaces: Use MK Spot Removal Kit® to remove stains from coffee, tea wine, alcohol, pets and condiments before sealing with
For OUTDOOR Use: Apply with natural fiber brush, mop or pump sprayer until surface is completely covered. Let stand until dry. Depending upon climate, reapply every 3-6 months to maintain protections from stains, dirt, grease or grime.
500-2000 square feet per gallon. Actual coverage will depend upon the porosity of the surface. REGULAR CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF NATURAL STONE SURFACES IS RECOMMENDED. Use every 6 months or as needed to maintain a layer of protections against stains and water marks.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. This is flammable, chemical product containing petroleum distillates. It should be used in a well –ventilated area with open window and /or use of fans. Avoid inhalation of vapors. May be harmful if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. Drink a large volume of water and call a physician immediately. In case of contact with eyes, repeatedly flush with water for up to 15 minutes. Gloves should be worn during application to avoid contact with skin. If contact with skin flush with water for up to 15 minutes. Call a physician if needed.
