The Tech Plate carries the diamond and is driven by a regular polyester pad. This allows for the cushioning of the diamonds located under it. We strongly recommend that each diamond product be dedicated to their own Tech Plate and left on the plate without ever being removed for their entire life span. This ensures that they are always worn properly in relation to each other.
